Shipping Policy

At Georgia Daphne Photography, I strive to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review my shipping policy below for all the details on how I handle your orders.


Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. However, during peak periods, processing times may vary.

2. Shipping Methods
I only offer Standard Shipping provided by Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on location as listed below based from when the product to handed to Australia Post (the listed times are provided my Australia Post); 

NSW-

Sydney Metro; 3-4 days

NSW Country; 3-5 days

ACT -

Canberra; 2-5 days

VIC - 

Melbourne Metro; 2-6 days

VIC Country; 3-7 days

QLD - 

Brisbane Metro; 2-6 days

QLD Near Country; 2-7 days

QLD Far Country; 3-8 days

Far North QLD; 4-8 days

Far North QLD Remote; 9-15 days

SA -

Adelaide Metro; 3-8 days

SA Country; 3-8 days

WA -

Perth Metro; 4-8 days

WA Country; 4-9 days

WA Country Far; 8-11 days

TAS -

Tasmania; 4-7 days

Tasmania Remote; 5-11 days

NT -

Darwin; 5-9 days

Alice Springs; 5-10 days

(Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal conditions).

Shipping rates are a flat cost of $5 for all customers.

I currently ship within Australia. Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Each photograph is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use no smear tissue paper, bubble wrap, and cardboard postal cylinders purchased from Australia Post in order to prevent damage during transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the Australia Post app and/or website.

While I work with trusted courier services, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please be assured I am doing everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the following e-mail; Georgia_Daphne_Photography@outlook.com, and I will assist you with locating your shipment.

I take great care in packaging your items securely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide me with photos of the damaged product, and I will arrange for a replacement or refund. However, if you contact Georgia Daphne Photography outside of the 7 day bracket, you will be unable to request a refund or a replacement. 

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and you will not receive a refund or a replacement.
