Refund Policy
Refunds and returns are not permitted for any undamaged products including if the customer ordered the wrong product, entered the wrong shipping details, or someone else has placed the order without the individuals permission. The refunding and returns of undamaged products are allowed only if the incorrect product has been shipped to the customer and the customer emails me with a photograph of the incorrectly shipped item and an online invoice of the payment within 7 days of the date they received it, if this is to occur I will offer the customer the option to either receive a full refund excluding shipping based upon the original payment method used by the customer, or to return the product through the post and I will send the correct item as soon as possible once the customer confirms that they have given the incorrectly send package to Australia Post. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) refunds and returns for online gift cards are not available if the individual entered the wrong email address, or if the gift card has been used. Additionally, gift cards can only be refunded within 7 days of the payment.
